SMT Production Workshop: We have 3 high-speed and high-precision SMT mounters, which can efficiently handle micro components such as 01005 and ensure the high reliability and consistency of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly).
DIP Production Workshop: Equipped with insertion production line to meet the precise assembly needs of through-hole components (THT).
Chip burn-in: Independent chip program burn-in area to ensure accurate writing and version control of core firmware.

Automated PCBA test line: Realise the function and performance of circuit board automation and rapid testing.
Automated Finished Product Test Lines (3 lines): To carry out comprehensive function and performance automated tests on the assembled machine.
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI/AXI): Used in critical processes (e.g. post-SMT, post-soldering) for precision visual inspection of cosmetic defects and solder quality.
Environmental Reliability Test: Equipped with 2 professional high-temperature aging chambers, simulating harsh working conditions for product aging test, exposing potential defects in advance to ensure long-term stability and longevity.
Strict quality control system: We implement international standards such as IATF 16949, SPC process control, first article confirmation, FMEA, strict process inspection and shipping inspection, and pursue the goal of zero defects. The factory is equipped with a professional laboratory to support material analysis, reliability verification and other internal testing needs.

Lean assembly line (4 pcs): Adopting lean production concept, combining automation and flexible assembly to achieve efficient and flexible product assembly.
Large screen cover laminating production line: specially designed for automotive display products, equipped with high-precision automated laminating equipment to ensure dust-free, bubble-free and high-precision lamination of large-size screen covers.

Automated Packaging Lines (2 lines): Automated packaging, coding (e.g. serial number, QR code), and cartoning of products to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
Packaging line: complete the final product protective packaging, in line with the requirements of transport and storage.
